How to Set-up a Portal User Account
If this is your first time accessing our Customer Portal, please create a new user account by clicking 'Sign Up' on the home page. New user requests will be reviewed and approved during normal business hours the same day the request is made.
Once approved, view your account tickets on hold, open and closed. You can check on status, reply to and close tickets that you no longer need assistance with.
If a password is forgotten, simply click on 'Reset' and create a new password to gain access to your account.
